What are the shipping types?

To ensure fast and punctual delivery to our customers, Diacar partners with the best transport companies.

Currently, shipments are made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping has a cost of 4€, except for orders over € 50 that will have free shipping costs.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. We recommend that you carefully review all the details of your order before confirming it.

If, despite having reviewed the data, you decide to cancel an already confirmed order, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you and resolve it quickly.

However, once the order is outside our facilities, we will no longer be able to resolve it and you must return the order assuming the transport costs.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased online?

Of course, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exchange your item for another size or request its return.

After these 14 days this option will not be available.

How do I request the return of an item?

You can request its exchange or return from the customer area of the page, entering "History and management of my orders".
Select the order for which you want to return a garment with "Manage".
Once inside, you can select the garment or garments you want to return.

Below you have a space to make a comment. It is mandatory. You can take advantage of it to order a new size if the one you have ordered does not fit you well. Type "I want to return it" if what you want is a refund.

Of course, you can also use it to make the comment you deem appropriate.

Finally, you will find the "Request Return" button. Click for our system to register your request.

Once the request is received and accepted by our customer service team, you will receive an email with the address to send the garments.
Please note that this shipment is at your expense.

Once we have the piece or pieces in our facilities, we will make the refund or send you the new size that you will have ordered, whichever corresponds.

I have a promotional code or discount, how do I use it in an online purchase?

When you get to your purchase summary*, click on 'Promo Code' and enter the code you have.

In the case of the Gift Card, if you do not redeem the total amount of its amount, you can use it in your next purchase.

To check the balance of your Gift Card, access the Gift Card section.

*You can only use one gift voucher or promotional code per purchase.

How can I pay for my purchases?

Our team takes the security of your payments very seriously that is why we offer you absolutely secure and confidential payment platforms, guaranteed by our suppliers.
You can choose from several payment methods:

Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. You must choose this payment method to be directed to our virtual POS.

Through your mobile phone. By choosing this payment method you will be redirected to the Bizum payment page.

To purchase with PayPal, select this payment method and click on 'Confirm Payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email with the account number where you must place the order. Please note that your order will not be processed until the transfer arrives or a bank receipt of it.

I have returned an item paid for by bank transfer. How will the refund be made?

You must send us the IBAN code where you want to receive the refund.

I received a defective or wrong item. What should I do?

In the event of receiving an item with a defect or different from the one you have purchased, please contact us as soon as you realize it to be able to process the return, exchange and / or refund if applicable.

In which countries can I buy online?

Currently we only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
